Return Conditions

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product (unless otherwise specified).

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, please provide relevant photos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer, unless the damage is due to a quality issue.

  • Sale items, customized, or personalized products (unless there is a quality defect).

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Confirmation: We will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm your return request.

  3. Return Address: Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address and detailed instructions.

  4. Return Shipment: Please return the item within 15 days of confirmation and provide the tracking number to us.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a quality issue or incorrect item sent, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours after payment.

  • How to Cancel: Contact our customer service team with your order number to request cancellation.

  • After Shipping: Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may return the item following the return policy after delivery.
